Kvinta Privacy Policy
Effective 25 September 2026. LanternApps (“we”, “us”).
Kvinta is a writing assistant. This policy says what we collect, why, and how to remove it.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and a sign-in identity (email code, password, Google or Apple). Stored with our identity provider (Supabase).
- Your requests and documents: the text you type, files you attach, voice recordings you make with the microphone button (transcribed and then discarded), images you ask us to create, and the documents the app writes for you. Stored encrypted on our servers so your chats and documents follow you across devices.
- Usage and billing: which plan you hold, your purchased and retained usage balance, how much you used, and purchase receipts, through RevenueCat and our web checkout or the mobile store where you purchased. We never see your card number.
- Diagnostics: crash and error logs that identify the request, not you as a person.
How we use it
To produce the documents, answers and images you ask for; to meter your plan; to keep the service running; and to answer support requests. Your requests and documents are sent to the AI model providers we use (DeepInfra, Anthropic, Google) solely to produce your result; they are not used to train models under our contracts with those providers.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not show advertising. We do not use your documents to train models.
Retention and deletion
Chats, documents and files stay until you delete them. Delete a single chat from the chat list, or request account deletion in Settings → Account → Delete account. The deletion process removes your chats, documents, files, skills and sign-in. The app reports whether deletion completed; an unsuccessful request can be retried. Completed deletion cannot be undone. Cancel an active subscription through the billing-management link for your web purchase or through the mobile store where you purchased; deleting the account does not cancel it.
Your rights
You can access, export (Share / Export to folder in the app) and delete your data at any time. Residents of the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, Brazil and California have the rights their laws grant; write to us and we will honour them within 30 days.
Children
Kvinta is not directed at children under 13 (16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
